Why the French suck..............

The country of France has introduced a new law which aims at banning "Psychological Violence" in Marriages. You may be asking yourself, 'What exactly does that mean ?'
Mostly, it means that France is retarded. Prime Minister Francois Fillon announced the law saying it would also apply to co-habitating couples (Not that there's anything wrong with that). The law states that people will now receive criminal records for insulting loved ones during domestic disputes. Electronic Tagging would then be used for repeat offenders. The law is intended to protect woman, who evidently can't handle name calling, from attacks ranging from off-hand comments about their appearance to threats of violence. The Prime Minister went on to say" It's an important step forward as the creation of this office will allow us to deal with the most insidious situations-situations that leave no visible scars, but which leave the victims torn up inside." The government of France will be experimenting with electronic surveillance measures to monitor the effectiveness of this program.

Psychologist Anne Giraud stated the obvious in her critic of this moronic level ineptitude stating: "Squabbling couples will allege all kinds of things about each other, but they won't necessarily be true. The police are likely to be called out more and more when this law comes into force this year, but often it will be a case of one person's word against the other. Psychological violence is a very serious matter, but punishing it through the courts is a very different matter altogether.

Clearly Anne Giraud is a self hating sexist for not supporting the "right to self esteem act of 2010".

Sociologist Pierre Bonnet said: 'The next step will be to make rudeness a criminal offence. "

It makes me wonder, do police in France have so little to do that they need to be spending time on regulating domestic arguments? This is just hilarious. I can’t believe anyone in their right mind would think this is a good idea. This is another example of government gone mad. What are they even trying to do? Sure insulting loved ones is bad, but do they think criminalizing it will stop it? Will it prevent the "victim" from being traumatized? Will it heal those people who are "torn up inside"? MY goodness, they may as well just hang out at a high school and start arresting teenagers who make fun of each other.

Every woman in the world should be embarrassed by this law. They treat you people like little china dolls that break into sobbing hysterics at the tiniest emotional stress. The women I know would not need this kind of Nanny state protection. Here's a news flash for the French Government, you can't build self esteem without anything to be proud of. These woman need to learn to stand up for themselves, and kick their spouse in the nuts if they are psychologically abusive. Calling the cops to criminalize a bully is not empowering, its just dumb. (physical violence is another issue of course — you call the cops)

Because the woman in France are evidently such fragile emotional train wrecks, I have created a list of things to do in case of verbal assault: If these don’t work, you are with an ass-hole and need to leave him anyways:

1.) Sex Strike: get creative, this is a time for you to really control our feeble single-minded brains
2.) Cry
3.) Sex Strike
4.) Tell him you want to see a marriage counselor
5.) Cry
6.) Suggest anger management - that one is really annoying
7.) Threaten to call his mother
8.) Make fun of his Wang - If its not small then make fun of the shape! This will really throw him for a loop.
